Bisnode is a company helping with decision support. This involves handling a large amount of data and presenting it to the user in the right way and at the right time. It is primarily about credit, business and market information. Together with Antrop, I helped Bisnode to correct and refine parts of the service with search, filters and reports. In practice, this involved reviewing typography, layout, colors and contrasts — all with the aim of creating a better and clearer service.
