Telenor’s wholly owned subsidiary, Telenor Sweden, is Sweden’s third largest mobile operator and the third largest provider of fixed broadband services to the consumer market in Sweden. Telenor Sweden provides several voice and data services to both business and consumer customers, covered through a range of wireless, fixed and broadband technologies.
I worked with numerous different projects with focus on change and improvement for Telenor consumer. Together with an AD, a UX team and other key individuals I developed a new navigation, enhanced checkout flow, customer support guides and a completely new, action-oriented, design. The work was done both through wireframes but also visual design. Everything was made mobile first and 100% responsive. A large part of my work consisted of developing concepts, establish them in the organization — and then further working on them through wireframes to finished visual design.
I later moved from Telenor consumer to business, to focus on solutions for business to business. The perspective was still change and improvement with focus on usability and user experience. Together with a “core team” on Telenor, I worked with organization and improvement of product pages, developing a brand new and enhanced navigation, optimized checkout flows, onboarding for new products, et cetera. This was done by concept development and design, wireframe and visual sketches but also through purely visual work such as developing icons, et cetera. All the work was done mobile first and 100% responsive.
